Apple giving out refunds for Apple TV consumers, Delay to blame

Some consumers who recently paid Apple for expedited shipping on the soon-to-ship and be in our hands Apple TV have been recieving e-mails from Apple customer support, stating that those who paid for expedited shipping will be reimbursed due to shipping delays. In the e-mails, apple says:
Our records indicate that when you placed your order you paid for upgraded shipping, due to a delay, we may have not been able to meet our delivery commitment.
Customers of the product have told TB that Apple also said that they have issued a refund for the shipping paid for. What this means is that Apple shipping orders could fall back next month, leaving want to be Apple TV users without their latest technology shot.
