iPad 2 to sport 2048×1536 Semi-Retina display?
Rumours surrounding the iPad 2 have been thick and thin lately and thousands of people have drawn up wish lists for added features they would like to see in Apple’s upcoming update to their take on a tablet PC.
iBooks app has hidden backgrounds
T3 have today featured a story that the iPad 2 is going to feature a 2048×1536 semi-retina display, with evidence coming in the form the iBooks app for the iPad, which contains background graphics with four times the resolution of the standard (and current) iPad version.
This speculation has had a lot of thumb ups, as Apple recently upgraded (quite vastly) the resolution on their smartphones to a whopping 326 pixels per inch.
