iPhone 5 to feature SIM card-less design?
Ahead of this years WWDC Apple is going to focusing on a whole lotta software, however they are also expected to unveil their next-generation smartphone, the iPhone 5 (or 4S?), which is set to feature a larger 3.7″ inch display and now according to rumours a SIM card-less design, amid prior reports that Apple was working on a smaller sim card for the upcoming device.
Being SIM card-less, the iPhone 5 would be a globally compatible phone and be able to easily access any network, both GSM and CDMA. On top of these reports of being SIM card-less, other recent claims have surfaced too from Mactokara (you’ll need to translate that) who have stated that the iPhone 5 will have an 8-megapixel camera and an ARM Cortex-A9 processor, bringing the iPhone up to speed with the latest Android handsets.
Although the idea of having no SIM card might sound daunting it is not far-fetched to think that this rumour could actually be true. Apple is well known for applying mutually okay concepts and turning them in to ‘magical’ features, so expect something new on the SIM card front at least.

I think what Apple does with iPhone is pretty amazing from an engineering standpoint. How they pack all the stuff instead the phone and get it to run as well as it does is pretty cool.
