Find The Best, A Personal Way Of Searching Online [Quick Thoughts]

Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask, Altavista, Dogpile; your quest for information online is fulfilled with thanks to hundreds of search engines around the world, but aside from Google with social networking integration, it can after a while feel very robotic and not very human like searching online. This is the exact reason I decided to try something new, fittingly called ‘Find The Best, which has a fair few unique ways of delivering the information you wanted to find out in the first place. But what exactly does it do?
Well, Find The Best makes use of hundreds of specialized online search applications that offer searchers detailed (and side by side) comparisons of products and services which will more than probably float your boat. The searchable applications include searches for things such as tablet computers, plastic surgeons, credit cards, online design schools and much much more. The key area for us that stands out with Find The Best however is not the searches built in to the system, but rather the layout for results.

As you can see from the image above, Find The Best is structured in such a way that it resembles a reviews website, with star ratings correlating to user votes. I for one find this fairly interesting, especially regarding consumer electronics results, and may even turn to this to back up posts in the future for ratings.
Anyway, this is just a quick editorial post expressing my interest in this website. Be sure to check it out and use it for yourself, there’s no harm in something that’s free after all.
