Android Marketplace gets carousel for categories and more

The official Android developers blog a few weeks back said that the Android Marketplace would be getting a revamp fairly soon, and we didn’t have to wait long. The Android Marketplace’s newer and visually appealing version is now hopping its way across phones running Android 1.6 and higher.
This update brings a refresh to the UI on the whole, including a new carousel on the home and category pages, so that you as the user can more than quickly scroll through to view promoted apps and immediately head over to a chosen app’s download page – sort of like the featured section of Apple’s App store.
Also important to note is that (Gamers galore) .apk files have now increased to a whole 50MB, and also that your refund limit has been decreased to 15 minutes down from 24 hours.
