HTC Ice Cream Sandwich handset updates announced
Are you the proud owner of a HTC Android smartphone? Well then by now you’ll have more than heard about Android 4.0 with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus being the first official handset to sport it. Android 4.0, or Ice Cream Sandwich, brings with it one heck of a lot of new highly sought after features over Gingerbread, but exactly which HTC smartphones will be getting the update? Well HTC have announced it on their Facebook page, outlining exactly what we wanted to know.
Here are the HTC handsets which will definitely get Ice Cream Sandwich: The HTC Vivid, HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation XL, HTC Sensation XE, HTC Rezound, HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO Design 4G and HTC Amaze 4G. HTC state that they are still evaluating their portfolio, however it would be nice to think that Desire Z and Desire S customers might get an update too.
