Mike Lazaridis of RIM admits “We’ve let many of you down”
In a public video RIM’s Mike Lazaridis has apologized for the recent mysterious Blackberry service failure, resulting in millions of consumers unable to access e-mail or BBM. In the video, Lazaridis states that “I apologize for the service outages this week” and further adds that “We’ve [RIM] let many of you down” within the video, published today.
Services affected by the recent outage are said to now be returning to normal video’s however for those who would like an aplogy for the total loss of productivity over the last week, watch the video for yourselves below.
