Samsung Galaxy S2 will receive Ice Cream Sandwich
Well thank you Samsung. At last, we finally have confirmation that Galaxy S II handset’s will get Android Ice Cream Sandwich, Google’s latest and greatest version of its mobile operating system. The confirmation itself came from Samsung UK on their twitter page, tweeting in response to questions from customers “Good news – the Galaxy S II will be receiving ICS, but there are no dates confirmed as yet. We will keep you posted.”
Now as Samsung has stated, there are no exact dates either they or we can give you as to when the S2 will get Ice Cream Sandwich, but the wait will be more than worth it for all customers with ICS being quite the leap ahead on Gingerbread, the current version of Android on stock Galaxy S2′s.
