Five Reasons To Love The Motorola Xoom
Looking to buy up a brand spanking new Motorola Xoom? Then wait and read this list first, because it is going to simply reaffirm the fact that this Tablet PC is simply brilliant, and a true contender against all other Tablet’s.
So why should you Love the Xoom?
1) Honeybomb 3.0
The Android platform has been integrated into Tablet’s before however not at this stage. Honeycomb has been built specifically for Tablet’s, and as such using it makes for a truly excellent couple of hours (or minutes if you are reading the news!). Improvements made include speed, browser capability, user navigation and amazing Gmail.
2) Speed
The Motorola Xoom is fast. Period. Check out this link to see it beat the iPad 2 in browser speed and this review to state what the performance is like; the bottom line is that this most notably comes down to the Xoom having 1GB of RAM.
3) It is made by Motorola
Have you ever used a Droid smartphone? You have? Well then you’ll know they are built to last well in advance of 2 years of their original market circulation.
4) It is not limited by iTunes
All bias aside (see five reasons you should hate the Motorola Xoom) the Motorola Xoom is not made by Apple meaning that it is not confined to the stock OS or iTunes installed on it. You could always jailbreak your iPad, though.
5) USB Connectivity
Does anybody else not see the point to brand specific connectivity cables? It must just be me then. The Motorola Xoom will allow you to connect to your PC via USB meaning you’ll always be able to Sync or update your device anywhere.
