Apple posts three new jobs for Antenna Engineers

[ 2 ] Posted by on June 30, 2010

Apple Inc posted three brand new jobs on the 23rd of June all for Antenna Engineers, which begs the question as to whether or whether not that they have accepted the iPhone 4 truly does have signal loss issues.

The positions are all looking for relatively experienced engineers, with several demanding in excess of ten years industry experience, all the relevant certification and, in some cases, a PhD.  Curiously, some of the most recent listings were added on June 23rd, which just so happens to be the first day that complaints regarding iPhone 4 reception began to proliferate.

Despite massively impressive sales figures, the latest high-end smartphone from Apple has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons since its June 24th launch. When held in a seemingly conventional left-handed manner that covers the lower left corner of the device, signal can be seen to rapidly drop before disappearing completely
