Blackberry sells 250,000 Playbook’s, says analyst
If you’ve been tuned in to the latest technology news, you’ll know that the Blackberry Playbook received a scorching from some reviewers across the internet, and was commonly called a weaker product than many Android offerings.
Despite this sad sad market launch for the Blackberry Playbook one analyst reckons Blackberry have managed to ship out over 250,000 of the things. RBC analyst Mike Abramsky is the guy you’ll be wanting a chat with, after he told Business Insider that sales of tablet have been steady over the last few months.
On which models sold the most, Abramsky went on further to say “Checks at 180 Best Buys show 14% of the 16GB sold out, 71% of the 32GB sold out, and 84% of the 64GB sold out; however, 32GB/64GB stockouts appear allocation-related.”
