Cloudtalk Releases New iPhone and Android App
Are you bored of what we would define as ‘standard communication’ (aka Texts, Voice calling, IM)? Well then Cloudtalk has the solution, and one which they claim is a new way to communicate with one another in the form of a newly released app on both iOS and Android.
The new app from Cloudtalk, named Voice, allows users to communicate with each other with asynchronous voice messages where you can even add photos and videos to them. On this new way to communicate, Tim Bajarin of Creative Strategies said “There’s been a dramatic shift in the messaging landscape in the past six months, evidenced by an appetite for a more intimate and social kind of mobile communication, and this (Cloudtalk Voice) should drive new platforms towards a more authentic style of communication, and it will be interesting to see how this space plays out.”
Offering the app for free on the iTunes store this new way to communicate will undoubtedly see thousands of downloads internationally, however will it be a hit? That’s anybody’s guess.
