Europe to get Sony NGP first, coming November 11th?

We have known for a little while now that Sony is planning to release its update to the current PSP line by late this year, however from the outset it has never been clear exactly where Sony is going to launch the handset officially, and stock the shelves of would be electronics stores.
According to MCVUK the Sony NGP is going to be hitting Europe first with a possible November 11th launch. The Sony NGP takes over from Sony’s current flagship handheld portable the PSP Go, a device which hasn’t had the easiest of times competing against its major competitor, the Nintendo DSi.
