Fiverr outs new Levels feature, aims to aid user buying decisions and reward sellers

Fiverr, a website popular internationally for its simple philosophy of people offering services for just $5, recently added a new feature to its website to aid sellers called ‘levels’. The ‘levels’ feature, aimed to help buyers and aid their decisions to find trusted sellers, is very simple to understand as there are just three levels; Level One, Level Two and Top Rated Seller. Of course, those familiar with systems like this such as the stars system on auction site eBay will already know that a trusted seller feature helps add credibility to payment system, however the question on our minds is whether this move is pushing out brand new members who will not be granted the lowest ‘Level One’ rating until they sell a whole 10 gigs.
Does anybody use Fiverr here? Do you think this new ratings system will push out the new boys and only help the old? Let us know.
