Google Maps Navigator now shows live, up-to date traffic
Google Maps Navigator has been an integral part of a lot of travellers daily tools, and a regular Google Mobile Blog reader myself, I just found out that Google Maps Navigation will integrate live and historical traffic with other alternate directions to create the fastest route from this moment forth making it a good basic motorcycle GPS.
So it would seem that traffic is no longer an issue for you my wise travelling friend, although Google has noted that the service will not be of optimum performance all of the time. Oh well, we didn’t expect anything more from you Google, good job (as Hancock would say).
The Google Maps application is incorporated in to Android phones and the iPhone as standard. Other navigation methods from your smartphone include dedicated GPS apps such as the TomTom app, which has made the highest grossing iPhone app.
