LG Shows Off 47-Inch IPS LCD With Multi-touch, Minority Report Edges Closer
When Minority Report (the film) first came out featuring Tom Cruise, consumers watching that film must have thought ‘hey, I could definitely see myself using that capacitive giant touch thingy’ whilst looking awe-struck. Luckily for consumers the world of display technology has moved on milestones since then, and LG’s has been showing off it’s latest creation to mark this.
So what exactly is being shown off? Well it is a 47-inch display that packs in everything a geek could want including (but not limited to!) IPS technology, 1080p resolution, multi-touch and of course the whole display is transparent.
