Orange offers iPhone 4 FREE on £50 a month tariff
Those of you have steered clear of the iPhone 4 as of yet due to it’s one off price tag need be extremely tempted now, as Orange are offering the iPhone 4 FREE on £50 a month tariffs.
For £50 a month you get 1200 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB worth of mobile data every 30 days, which is pretty good however not quite (debatable) as good as Vodafone’s 1200 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB data a month for £45 a month, with just a one off fee of £30 payable (or nothing plus cash back if you trade in your old mobile).
Not wanting to leave lower-needs users out of the mix, changes have been made to the rest of Orange’s Tariffs with customers now being allowed to swap some of their inclusive minutes for more data allowance, access to Orange Maps and MMS messages. Disappointingly, however, the network provider has also announced that it’s “unlimited” Wi-Fi will now be capped at 750MB per month on BT Openzone.
This brand new tariff from Orange could spark the end of consumers having to pay up front for an iPhone 4 on a higher end tariff, but lets just hope Orange has enough stock to compensate for the growth in demand.

I got mine on 02. I think they have the best cellular data connection don’t they? With Vodafone having the best 3G?Maybe thats just me, though.
I can’t recall any genuine iPhone 4 data comparisons to be honest. I have a Vodafone Sim and a sim-free iPhone 4, and can confirm Vodafone has blistering 3G speeds. But then again so do Three :/.
What is your 3G like on 02?
It’s not bad. Loading TB takes about 9 seconds (with mobile theme disabled) on four bars.
Thats slower than Voda as it takes only 5 on 4 bars.
