Pokemon Card app game hitting iOS and Android devices soon
Nintendo is almost certainly losing out in rather excellent fashion in the world of mobile gaming on Android and iOS devices, however even they can see the potential of non dedicated gaming in the form of tablets and smartphones apparently, after they announced they are to release a Pokemon game for iOS (Apple’s operating system as made popular on the iPod, Touch, iPhone and iPad) and Android this Summer.
Nintendo only own around one third of the Pokemon franchise, however they most probably will be in talks right now with the other holders regarding the game. Moving on to the game itself, and details as to what it will actually be like haven’t been leaked nor hinted at yet, whilst whether or not this is going to plummet the sales of Nintendo devices is a cause for concern being raised on forums across the internet.
Nintendo never talked about moving further on in the world of apps, however the prospect of some Pikachu action on a smartphone sounds very nice indeed.
