PS1 Games Make Their Way Over To Android Market
Are you the sort of Android user who is simply dieing to play their best loved Playstation One games on your smartphone? You are? Well then you’re in luck, sort of. Playstation One games have finally made their way over to the Android marketplace however have been restricted to Xperia Play handsets only, meaning you’ll have to purchase Sony Ericsson’s flagship smartphone first.
The games which have made their way onto the Android marketplace are also just £3.99, and titles include Syphon Filter, MediEvil, Cool Boarders 2,Destruction Derby, and Jumping Flash. It is unclear as to whether PSP 1 classics are going to have to be re-purchased by prospective upgraders, however it would awfully nice of Sony to let these users have those games back for not a penny. We’d expect that isn’t going to happen, though.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia play has had good reviews so far online, a prime example of which is this one.
