Samsung Galaxy Tab to get Super Amoled display, early 2011?
This is just getting ridiculous. First the iPhone 5 is set to be coming early 2011 and now an update to the Galaxy Tab is too? It all seems like early 2011 could be a dream come true for every technology enthusiast out there at the moment.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab might only have hit UK stores last week but that hasn’t slowed the Korean giant Samsung displaying its 7-inch tablet which sports a Super-AMOLED display earlier on today.
The update will have a 1200 x 600p resolution display
Rumoured last week the 1200 x 600p resolution display has been demoed at the FPD International Expo in Tokyo trumping the current 1024 x 600p TFT-LCD offering in the current Galaxy Tab, The arrival of the Super-AMOLED display on the Android 2.2, 1GHz processor powered Samsung Galaxy Tab further reinforces rumours of an updated model of the dual-camera boasting tablet coming early in 2011.
