Samsung wants all iPhone and iPad sales banned in US

Samsung has kept relatively quiet surrounding recent events regarding Apple filing a lawsuit against them for the design of their products, however Samsung has now hit back at last, after filing a complaint with the US International Trade Commission to ban Apple from selling its iPhone, iPad and iPod devices in the United States. According to Samsung, Apple’s iPhone and iPad currently infringe on five of their own patents, and adds to an ever growing patent battle between the two giants.
Whether or not the patents in question are legit and whether Samsung have a real case is a matter for the International Trade Commission to suss out, however the banning of Apple’s iPhone and iPad line in the US would become the biggest setback in the history of Apple if it was to ever happen. On its intellectual rights, Samsung have said in a statement:
