Twitter Updates Mac Desktop Client
In the world of desktop clients Twitter is one which is a must have for our authors on their Mac and has been since January, and to be fair not many of us disliked the design of it around one week ago. Twitter however has re-designed it, making it more Orange (not blue) in the hope to grab more end users.
Amongst the update carrying a shinier logo a significant and ‘worth mentioning’ feature added is the ability for Mac users to view multiple timelines at once making it more efficient for daily and hardcore use. On the feature, Twitter said:
“You can open more than one Twitter for Mac window at any time, giving you a chance to view your home timeline, @mentions, lists, multiple accounts, and more – all at once. Just go to the Window menu and then scroll down to ‘Open in New Window’,”.
