US Army To Open Their Own App Store
In the ever growing world of apps it was only a matter of time before the military took notice, and according to a recent report the US Army are to open their own app store, will initially have 17 Android and 16 iPhone apps on offer. Each app which to feature on the app store has been created by the US Army themselves, and are designed to help soldiers with their day to day activities, whether that be medical queries or even just games to keep you going.
Ideally the US Army would like to develop each app in-house, however will if needs be pass the burden over to third party developers.
